Our professional fees are set according to usual and customary standards in our area for our specialty and in compliance with Medicare. As a courtesy, prior to your appointment our staff will check your eligibility of benefits allowed by your insurance carrier for medical services provided and benefits towards eyewear. We will also gladly bill your insurance carrier for you. However, your insurance benefits are a contract between you and your insurance carrier. A final determination of your coverage is ultimately a decision made by your insurance carrier and you will be responsible for any balance due. This underscores the importance of understanding your insurance benefits.
